This placeholder explains how Perfection Detail expects to use customer information collected through booking, quote, call, text, and service workflows. A final attorney-reviewed policy should replace this before scaled automation or marketing campaigns.
Information collected
We may collect name, phone number, email, vehicle details, service preferences, photos or photo metadata, location details, notes, communication history, booking details, and payment status.
How it is used
Information is used to respond to quote requests, schedule services, communicate about appointments, send service-related updates, manage customer history, and improve Perfection Detail operations.
Texts and email
Service-related calls, texts, and emails may be sent after a customer submits a request or contacts Perfection Detail. Marketing or reactivation messages should only be sent when consent is present. Customers can reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help.
Data storage
Perfection Detail OS is being upgraded to use a secure backend. Until every integration is complete, some development and fallback workflows may use local browser storage.
